Every on-time rent payment builds a portion of ECQ.
This is not a savings scheme. It’s your ownership stake — not cash — credited to your home equity at term end.

Typically 40–60% of rent paid over 5 years returns to you as equity, (ECQ) at a minimum of 10% of its future, end of term value. It can be more.
